Notice that the Township is completing a minor zoning ordinance amendment to effectuate the Township Board’s adoption of Section 7.5 of the Township Zoning Ordinance. Therefore, applications can be received for Large Solar Energy Systems or requests for re zonings to the Solar Energy Overlay under the June 2023 Solar Energy Overlay Zoning Amendment only, at this time.
